Hillary McLoughlin:

As a business performance lead in the U.S. sales and marketing team at Amgen in Thousand Oaks, Hillary McLoughlin works with people in many different roles in biotechnology to make sure that patients and doctors have access to their products.

"I'm a jack-of-all-trades and get to work with a lot of different scientists, people who manufacture and develop our drugs, as well as individuals who are incredibly creative in thinking about design and commercials and advertising," she says, all to help patients and doctors "understand what is available to them."
