The Program Office would like to take a moment to appreciate Sabrina Colasse, site coordinator for ABE France. While you may be familiar with Sabrina’s humor from following her stories on social media (check out @abe_france and @SabriCol94 on Twitter to see what we mean!), she is most appreciated by her teammates for her professionalism, concern for perfection, and passion for doing experiments in the lab. Her teammates describe her as a “quiet force” who provides responsive and positive support for teachers whenever they need it. Alain Bessis, ABE France site director, says, “When we started ABE France I only agreed to be part of it when she agreed to participate!” Sabrina is a great listener and works with teammates Isabelle and Astou to come up with new ideas for improving and adapting protocols, kits, and teacher supports. We can’t wait to see Sabrina in person again when travel and health conditions permit, as she is an incredible contributor to the ABE community. We appreciate you, Sabrina!
