 
In this inquiry-based science project, developed by ABE Italy Master Teacher Fellow Chiara Garulli, students gain a greater understanding of enzyme activities, proteins, molecular structure, biomolecules, and control of gene expression related to milk. Students explore these topics using videos, imaging software, and various engaging hands-on activities.
