This month the ABE Program Office recognizes ABE Singapore Site Director Song Choon Lee. It’s clear to everyone who interacts with Song Choon that he has a positive attitude and is dedicated to the ABE program. As site director, he has set ambitious goals for the Singapore program. Although he has many responsibilities, he’s always available to provide support to his team. They describe him as “highly organized and always ‘on the ball.’”

Before joining ABE, Song Choon worked as a researcher, and he shares this knowledge and hands-on lab experience with his team. His colleagues say that they can “always count on him if we face issues in the experiments.” A great planner and communicator, Song Choon has prioritized expanding the ABE Singapore program by finding external partners and working with the local community to reach more students every year.
