San Diego Workforce Partnership Receives $200,000 Grant from Amgen Foundation to Engage Students in Scientific Discovery

San Diego Workforce Partnership (SDWP) has  received a $200,000 two year grant from the Amgen Foundation to implement the Amgen Biotech Experience, an innovative science education program, in approximately 48 schools in San Diego, Riverside and Imperial Counties. This program provides a real-world biotech lab experience to middle and high schools in Amgen’s U.S. and United Kingdom (U.K.) regions.
