This month, we would like to dedicate a moment to appreciate Professor Victor Lau, site director for ABE Hong Kong SAR. Professor Lau has been an incredibly collaborative contributor to the ABE community, working with his team to create graphical representations of ABE lab processes to support differentiated student learning, build the capacity of local schools to become reagent-only, and host sharing sessions for teachers where they can work on common challenges together and pool resources. He works with the local Amgen site to host media events and continues to build the positive reputation and recognition of ABE within Hong Kong and beyond. Dr. Lau is not only deeply knowledgeable about biotechnology, but he is a fantastic tour guide if you ever get to visit Hong Kong! We are grateful to have such a dedicated and passionate professional as part of our ABE team. We sincerely thank you for all you do for ABE, Dr. Lau!
